Hello there. I'm back from Greece. I'm about halfway through writing a big post on it, so hold on to your hats! I'll have a go at posting a few photos for now

I'm off to Greece tomorrow, to expand my clutural horizens. I will be visiting lots of temples, and Corinth (yay - canal!!). Lots of pictures are to be taken, and many will be diglently placed here, on ths mighty organ of knowledge, for your enjoyment. I have lots of new clothes for it, and the weather forcast has chaged from 'a bit dull, and like the UK' to 'quite nice sunshine'. I have no doubt that I will sweat like a pig in my clothes designed for practicality in wet Britain, but the evenings should be fun. Anyway...
I started working at M(agic) & S(parkle) (I refer to the company like that, so they don't find the blog. Although I would quite like it if someone read it.) and I's blooming hard. I have to go through EVERY SINGLE ITEM in a particular fridge section checking the sell by date (the company gets a £5,000 fine for each out-of-date itm found on the shelves). Working on the tills is great fun by comparison. I had fun on Wednesday, due to Humphrey having his birthday, and it being Chinese New Year (Ronald's mum&dad considered it significant and sent Humph a red envolope with cash in - v. nice). Anyway - Ciao!

Goodness, busy past few days. Job stuff for M(agic) & S(parkle) last night, but, got a nice box of chocs just for going (I suspect psycology stuff at work there), and a trip to Lampeter today for Uni interviews. The anthropology lady was nice (Penny I belive) and we had a good chat, likewise the religion gentleman was friendly, and we had a talk about Karen Armstrong books. Then, I went to have a talk with Rabbi Dan, who's in charge of the Jewish Studies. I found him a bit intimidating, and he was american. He kept on asking so many questions about what I wanted to study in particular, and why I chose to apply and so on. I don't think anthropology and jewish studies is for me (also, only about 4 people do it each year, so not much social life). Food was nice (better than the open day) and the anthro. staff seemed geuinly interested in me going. I feel like I'll get an offer, as I overheard one person say that they would 'be mad not to' give me an offer. Great stuff. Just need to visit the other Unis now.
